arc supports artists and designer makers working at a professional level who wish to develop their practice and career: arc's professional development programme is available from the artists' resource centre at aspex in Portsmouth and at partner organisations across the South East including De La Warr Pavilion, Fabrica, The Lightbox, Medway Council, Modern Art Oxford, South Hill Park, Turner Contemporary and Quay Arts.
arc also provides support to other arts organisations and artists' groups across the South East for specific projects.
